"abstract": "Most of the losses in a power system relate to\r\nthe distribution sector which always has been considered.\r\nFrom the important factors which contribute to increase losses\r\nin the distribution system is the existence of radioactive flows.\r\nThe most common way to compensate the radioactive power\r\nin the system is the power to use parallel capacitors. In\r\naddition to reducing the losses, the advantages of capacitor\r\nplacement are the reduction of the losses in the release peak of\r\nnetwork capacity and improving the voltage profile. The point\r\nwhich should be considered in capacitor placement is the\r\noptimal placement and specification of the amount of the\r\ncapacitor in order to maximize the advantages of capacitor\r\nplacement.\r\nIn this paper, a new technique has been offered for the\r\nplacement and the specification of the amount of the constant\r\ncapacitors in the radius distribution network on the basis of\r\nGenetic Algorithm (GA). The existing optimal methods for\r\ncapacitor placement are mostly including those which reduce\r\nthe losses and voltage profile simultaneously. But the\r\nretaliation cost and load changes have not been considered as\r\ninfluential UN the target function .In this article, a holistic\r\napproach has been considered for the optimal response to this\r\nproblem which includes all the parameters in the distribution\r\nnetwork: The price of the phase voltage and load changes. So,\r\na vast inquiry is required for all the possible responses. So, in\r\nthis article, we use Genetic Algorithm (GA) as the most\r\npowerful method for optimal inquiry.",
