*Prospective workshop organizer should contact WASET to receive the approval for workshop session.
*If workshop proposal is approved by WASET, the workshop organizer should provide the title, topics, program committee members of the workshop.
*Workshop organizer is exempt from the conference registration fees.

2)How can I organize a special session in conjunction with the conference?

*Prospective special session organizer should contact WASET to receive the approval for workshop session.
*If special session proposal is approved by WASET, the special session organizer should provide the title, topics, program committee members of the special session.
*Special session organizer is exempt from the conference registration fees.

3)Where can I submit my paper for conference/journal publication?

*Prospective authors should submit their full papers for conference/journal publication by electronic submission. The receipt of paper submission will be confirmed via e-mail within 48 hours. In case you have not received any confirmation for the receipt of paper, please contact us urgently.

5)Is there any page length limit for journal/conference papers?

*No, there is no page length limit for conference and journal papers.

6)What is the criteria of selection of conference papers for journal publication?

*High impact conference papers are selected for journal publication after the conference is over.
*Authors can follow up their papers published in the journal in
relevant journals.

7)Where are the conference proceedings/journal articles indexed?

*The conference proceedings/journal articles are reviewed and indexed by
The Library of Congress, Google Scholar, Directory of Open Access Journals (DOAJ), EBSCO, Ulrich’s Periodicals Directory, German National Library of Science and Technology and University Library Hannover (TIB/UB),  Electronic Journals Library (Elektronische Zeitschriftenbibliothek, EZB), Genamics, GALE and INTUTE.

8)What kind of technical equipment is provided for paper presentation at the conference?

* Laptop Computer

9)How can I get an official letter of invitation for the conference attendance?

*Invitation letter is provided on request by authors or others.
*Official letter of invitation will be provided as a soft copy via e-mail posting. In special cases, the invitation letter is faxed to institutions/universities or embassies.
*Visa process generally takes a month.

b)Listener participants / or accompanying family members must apply us with the following information:

10)What does the conference registration fees includes?

*Attendance to all sessions
*Proceedings (One book volume where author's paper is published + CD-ROM)
*Certificate of Attendance
*Coffee Breaks, Lunches

*The conference registration fees does not include accommodation and traveling charges.
*There is no daily charges for conference registration fees.

11)When can I get the receipt of conference registration fees?

*The receipt is issued at the conference registration desk.

12)What is the length of paper presentation?

*Each Technical Presentation is 20 Minutes including Discussions.

13)Should I stay at the conference hotel?

*No. You need not to stay at the conference hotel.
*For proper /or cheaper accommodation options you can search online hotel booking websites for your convenience.
